Wednesbury Town play in the West Midland Regional League Division One. They were formed in 2002 and were admitted into the West Midlands (Regional) League Division One North.

During the 2008/2009 Season the team played at Long Lane Park, Long Lane, Essington, Wolverhampton and pitch shared with Riverway FC.
